Aparece muerto edil de Nahuatzen; horas antes fue secuestrado

Luego de haber sido secuestrado por un grupo de civiles la madrugada de este martes, David Otlica Avilés, presidente municipal de Nahuatzen, Michoacán, fue localizado sin vida en un lugar conocido como Cortijo Viejo, en Coeneo.

Esta mañana, familiares y personal de confianza del político presentaron una denuncia por su secuestro ante el Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Regional de Uruapan.

Según los primeros reportes, el edil acudió a una reunión con comuneros de la localidad de Sevina para tratar asuntos de la asignación del presupuesto director de esta comunidad. Tras dicha reunión, colaboradores acompañaron al edil hasta su domicilio, ubicado en San Isidro, donde después fue secuestrado por el grupo de desconocidos.

Desde su elección para el cargo en 2018, se registraron diversos altercados entre su administración y comuneros de la zona.

Tras confirmar el asesinato, la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de Michoacán (FGE) ya lleva a cabo las investigaciones correspondientes para aclarar los hechos.
