President Trump's second State of the Union address provides an opportunity for him to make his case to Congress and the country, halfway through his term.

But it also provides ample opportunity to offer statistics and claims that need to be checked. Here are the claims the commander-in-chief is making Tuesday night as he addresses the country, and the facts surrounding those claims.
